Pros

None that really spring to mind.

Cons

A 1970's culture. A Billionaire family pulling the strings. A desire to throw money at company consultants without accepting a true modernising culture at the top. Work location very inaccessible. No mobile phone signal on all networks.

Pros

The Pay is extremely competitive.

Cons

Lack of flexibility, set holidays, health and wellbeing is a tick box exercise with no real concern given to long serving employees.

Pros

Good facilities such as medical centre with a dentist and physio therapy. Pay is good and If you say the right things you can go far. If you can say yes and work under pressure you can do well

Cons

Very political environment where walls have ears, you have to be very careful what you say and to who. You are almost frowned on for finishing on time. Management style is very old fashioned & dictatorial some people can survive this but as long as you don't have your own mind!
