Pros

Large business with plenty of projects ongoing which is great for development

Cons

HR really lets down the business. employees treated as a number who should be grateful for the job. low pay compared to competitors and very few benefits to make up for this.

Pros

Lots of dedicated people trying to push the industry forward

Cons

The culture is one of the worst possible in the UK today. There is no trust in any employee and its 100 % work from office culture is forcing people out.

Pros

Salary at first glance, location

Cons

Terrible management, work environment, constant threats of firing and downsizing, picking favourites, lack of safe work space, one toilet for whole building, one tiny canteen, one water station. Disgusting
