Pros

Above average salary can be expected to try and weigh out the cons, but it isn't worth it

Cons

Numbers driven company that looks great from the outside but its hell on the inside, avoid at all costs. Set hours set holidays and if you leave on time it's classed as early. They sign out machines before they're ready to hit financial targets regardless of anything so senior managers get their bonuses. Training never given and HR weren't even interested in leaving interviews anymore because of the high rate of people leaving. The worst company I've ever worked for without a doubt. Operationally they are built on a culture of bullying and alot of people are off with stress from operators to management. Do yourself a favour and look else where if you value having a life.

Pros

Good Salary Customer is the Focus, so Market gain is always good

Cons

People are taken for granted to stay 'every evening' after 6pm (Official Working Hrs are 8 to 6), sometimes even till 10pm 5 days working is only on papers. We come almost every saturday because of overloading No Processes, Completely man driven, No data or system Food Quality is also pathetic Training is a rare find
