Pros

Some very talented and loyal employees who's go over and above to make the business a success. On site canteens and gyms in a couple of the sites. Dental scheme and medical insurance packages are very good

Cons

The whole upper management team run the place on fear. Too many managers and directors are only interested in themselves and what they can get rather than the business as a whole and the majority of the workforce. Salarys have been cut for many during the covid period and now the pension plan has been cut. Many people now stretched to the max with work for less reward and much more stress. People now leaving all the time with many more looking for new jobs

Pros

The "yellow injection" is real and you feel pride working for JCB. Good learning opportunity, add value from day one, opportunity to travel, good graduate programme and graduate comaradery. Nice grounds at the headquarters.

Cons

Toxic work culture and political leadership. Old fashioned business and management approach. Top down authoritarian cutlure. Need to fit the JCB "type" to get ahead. Not ideal work life balance. Poor location, no amenities nearby.
