Pros

They pay good salaries The brand value is big

Cons

Location is very far from city. Timings are the worse in the industry! 8.00am to 6.00pm. If you add travel time you have nothing left on weekdays.. you become a robot from Monday to Friday No systems and processes followed No learning possible because of that

Pros

1. Comfortable and AC travel facilities for people working in shifts. Provide Cab facility at door steps. 2. Average food quality. Provides breakfast and lunch/dinner at common canteen. Plus snacks and hot beverages are provided at desk on request. 3. Updated and well maintained work stations. 4. Birthdays, sports events, employee welfare plans on priority.

Cons

1. Strict and over monitored working hours. Every minute and little error is counted and will come out during yearly reviews for increment. This adds lots of work pressure on employees. 2. No salary bands. Salary levels are not controlled and no market salary correction factor used to correct salaries. No performance bonus and poor on increments. 3. Long working hours and no option of flexibility as company is far from pune city(almost 45 km from chandani chauwk ) and limited/fix transport facilities available. 4. Failed in training for employees for consecutive 3 years. No on board training for employees joining for design center specifically. (induction for JCB group is provided that also after months of joining). 5. Onsite is purely luck based and not on seniority or qualification level. Service industry so no learning opportunities provided on new projects for weak employee. 6. Worst HR but it is improving now due to change of HR staff at design center.

Pros

Small product teams allow you to work on the whole machine rather than just a small part of it. Very well looked after as an employee and engineers are highly valued. Help with becoming chartered and fees paid for.

Cons

Fixed holidays and even office staff have to clock in and out. Traditional company with traditional values. Location in Staffordshire is a long way from anywhere.
