1. Strict and over monitored working hours. Every minute and little error is counted and will come out during yearly reviews for increment. This adds lots of work pressure on employees.
2. No salary bands. Salary levels are not controlled and no market salary correction factor used to correct salaries. No performance bonus and poor on increments.
3. Long working hours and no option of flexibility as company is far from pune city(almost 45 km from chandani chauwk ) and limited/fix transport facilities available.
4. Failed in training for employees for consecutive 3 years. No on board training for employees joining for design center specifically. (induction for JCB group is provided that also after months of joining).
5. Onsite is purely luck based and not on seniority or qualification level. Service industry so no learning opportunities provided on new projects for weak employee.
6. Worst HR but it is improving now due to change of HR staff at design center.
