      There are some really nice people who work in this organisation, many would be far better off elsewhere.

      Cons

      Absolutely worst place I have ever worked, can’t wait to get out of this toxic environment that manages by fear, bullying and harassment, the so called “Executives” are worse. They take pleasure in making people feel like they are worthless, and I’m not exaggerating. The COO. I don’t know what he’s got on the company but he’s stealing a living! Ive seen some really good people leave this company, but they were too bright for the place anyway.

      I am working with JCB last 5 years and our experience is extremely grateful. We learned here safety, character development and work culture.

      Heavy metal industries has big cons is time when you join tha organisation because starting phase is difficult to everyone.
