Pros

Variety of role and tasks, although sometimes this is a product of lack of clarity and decision from management. Fast paced, pay is ok, exposure to management depending on individual. Some can get on there if you have the right mindset

Cons

HR policies are antiquated such as around flexibility, no banked hours, attitude around working from home, lack of trust in staff, expectation on staff to fund business trips and travel, have seen various cases of bullying get swept under the carpet. Culture of fear of directors and high level managers.
