      Great products Great, helpful and friendly people to work with Freedom to expand role in your own direction High level of responsibility at early stage Never a dull moment

      'Sense of urgency' culture Communication - theres is a complete disconnect between employees and management Companies attitude towards people No training or employee development Pay and benefits not in line with industry No flexibility Lack of resource and over stretched people Inability to plan effectively

      Good pay & Xmas bonus

      Cons

      Parking is a 10 min walk. Offices are old fashioned & dull. Systems antiquated. Very old fashioned, rigid environment. Clocking in & out with set hours, breaks & holidays. Very Male dominated & a "face fits" culture. Lots of blame but little consequence. Expensive canteen facility. No kettles, microwaves etc. No hot food at desks. Canteen & toilets often dirty. Bins only emptied once a week. Too many managers but not enough workers.

      Lots more opportunity to shape and define my teams mutual objectives than in any other role I've worked before Great people to work alongside - a big family unit Clear career paths, regular 121's with conversations about next 12 months-5 years Amazing on-site facilities

      None so far - I'm among people who are always teaching me more in a busy environment where I'm thriving in my career more than ever!
