Pros

Flexible hours, People that treat you with respect, O.K. management, employee discount, trade shifts with other people, better than Macy's and Dillard's.

Cons

At times you feel like management treats you like a slave, Expect you to do be doing something at all times.

Pros

This was supplemental employment during the Christmas season. I appreciated the employee discount and that I was paid more than minimum wage.

Cons

Management does not make an effort to build relationships with seasonal employees - they provide minimal feedback. They are missing out on a great opportunity to build JC Penny's reputation and customer base.
