Pros

lots of hours if you want them and are willing to work. Discounts are good, and they let you combine them with the same coupons and benefits the customers have access to.

Cons

Upper management couldnt manage their way out of a wet paper bag. hard to get time off, even when you give them advanced notice. finally removed the freeze on raises, but are still stingy with them.

Pros

They work with you somewhat on your schedule. You can get merchandise for really cheap with associate discount and coupons.

Cons

Management is constantly being replaced/fired. They cheat on their productivity results so that they will be number 1 in district. Been there for almost 3 years and barely making above minimum wage. Absolutely no praise to those who do a good job, and no punishment to those who slack. All they care about is numbers.

Great place to work. Employees are given a clear career path and tools with lots of room for vertical growth.

Cons

Difficult to change career paths once you get embedded in an area. Recommend one actively research other areas early in career in order to successfully change directions without financial set back.
