Pros

Everyone is really treated as a family, and there are great discounts for associates. That's about it....

Cons

There is definitely a disconnect between mgmt, supervisors, and the regulars who work as cashiers/sales associates. Plus the SM, ASM, MEM all seem to just let others do heavy lifting as they bark orders. Lots of lost communication from sr. mgmt down to the store level, so all teams in the store are on different pages.

Pros

The discounts are great including clearance items. The majority of the people I work with are extremely friendly and helpful. It's a great place to work at if you're looking for customer service experience.

Cons

There's too much pressure put on employees especially in a larger store. There's also an extremely overwhelming workload for sales support and little to no recognition. Also the scheduling is very inconsistent and doesn't really work around your schedule.
