      You get out what you put into this company - Those who work hard are given many opportunities to grow and establish themselves in whatever field they pursue. Management is understanding of everyone's situation and treats you as an individual as opposed to just another employee.

      Cons

      It is an extremely fast-paced environment and you will be brought up to speed very quickly. It can be easy to fall behind your work if you do not stay organized and on top of all of your tasks.

      Positive atmosphere filled with so many employees and executives who put in a tremendous amount of time and effort to make sure this company is successful. The executives are devoted to making sure each individuals' needs are met, while encouraging them to grow and develop their skills.

      Cons

      I'm not a fan of our logo, but working on designing a new one for the company.
