      Overall, my experience at JCS Solutions was a good one. It is a very “family oriented” atmosphere and a very culturally diverse one. I enjoyed witnessing how individuals with diverse professional backgrounds came together to create a multifaceted and unique work experience. The company is always looking for ways to improve their business to support their current and prospective clients.

      Cons

      A con would be limited room for promotional growth.

      1. You are not just treated as an employee, but team member/family 2. Motivation for innovation using new tech and software 3. Encourages further education and training as an individual not only as a company 4. Wide range of knowledge from DoD, VA, and other aspects of government contracting

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of is not having more company swag to wear.

      -Leadership brings immense experience in the industry -Environment is friendly and respectful, everyone is visible and genuinely cared about. Some of the kindest considerations for family emergencies/personal mental health I've seen. -Small and fast growing company, numerous opportunities for growth and advancement, merit counts and it's easy to be recognized for quality work. -Great benefits and support for industry certification/learning

      Cons

      -Not a desk sitting situation, a con to some people but a pro to others. it seems some have left frustrated thinking they could show no interest in the work or respect for the mission or their coworkers and continue filling a desk.
