      Management is constantly encouraging growth and believe in helping you with achieving personal goals.

      Cons

      Like most contractors oriented companies, employees are spread out at multiple locations. This makes it more challenging for company wide events.

      JCS was welcoming and helpful during my contract with the Air Force. The company is loyal to their employees and will offer mobility in your career path.

      Not too many cons to speak of in regards to expectations of an employer.

      Overall, my experience at JCS Solutions was a good one. It is a very “family oriented” atmosphere and a very culturally diverse one. I enjoyed witnessing how individuals with diverse professional backgrounds came together to create a multifaceted and unique work experience. The company is always looking for ways to improve their business to support their current and prospective clients.
