- The work is steady, and most days are predictable once you get your bearings. - When new tools roll out, you’re not left to figure them out alone. - It’s a good place to learn the basics: ticket notes, follow-ups, and clean handoffs. - There’s a focus on really being helpful, not just closing tickets. - Effort is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

You won't always deal with nice users.

Pros

I took this job for the benefits, and the company delivers. Health, dental, vision, 401k match, and paid time off—better than I got at most places I've worked. The pace here is fast, but that makes the hours fly by. I'm learning lots of new things, plus the company offers reimbursement if you want to get certified.

Cons

It's a grind sometimes, but if you’re organized and can handle some pressure, you’ll do fine.
