Pros

Always learning something new! Supportive teammates New office space Good benefits Starting to match 401k again Good pay

Cons

Need help with on-boarding - not a lot of official training available Working on improving company culture - not so much a "con", more so like a "work in-progress"

Pros

Lots of talented all around good people at the junior and mid-levels of company.

Cons

No mission. No vision. No values. Close minded leadership that do not care about people and culture. Lacks diversity in leadership which is mostly older white men. CEO is very hands off with employee engagement and offers no cultural leadership. He’s only there to grow the company and get out. No upwards feedback to leadership possible.
