Pros
Strong focus on leadership development, a real focus on developing within the business for all of their vacancies. Huge trust - fully flexible working enabled me to fit work around appointments, travel arrangements, intensive work requiring focus and attention. Team culture is fantastic. I originally came from overseas and everyone is very welcome and inclusive. Impressive infrastructure and office environment to make coming to work and working easy!
Cons
People are so great to work with and work for it is hard to say no when people need help outside of the traditional office hours, however it is never expected that you work long hours.
