Pros

This is one of the most collaborative environments I have ever worked in. All of my team members have been so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me access the resources I need to thrive in this role. It is so encouraging to be on a team that wants you to succeed. There are opportunities to grow in this role and I am able to share ideas with upper-level management. My manager is encouraging and insists on having me maintain a work-life balance so I don’t burn out. The PTO and benefits are also a wonderful perk to the position. I can't wait to see how I continue to grow during my time here.

Cons

- Our health insurance could be a bit better. I've had some coverage issues. - My main feedback is that it might be helpful to have a more formalized onboarding process for new team members with videos, readings, and a breakdown of the studies.

Building an addition but the basement leaks

Interacting with a lot of great hard working people everyday. Focus on work from anywhere is a nice addition. There are a lot of hand raiser opportunities.

Cons

Executive management sentiment feels fake. Problems and toxic behavior are allowed to linger. Conflicting priorities. Staffing is too lean to properly accomplish goals. Little room for career advancement.
