Everyone is friendly. Company has lateral employment opportunities - meaning you can apply to same position in a different team/department. Great work life balance. Work from anywhere policy.

Cons

Growth is slow. Salary increase is around 25-50 cents/hour annually.

I never got to experience any positives.

Cons

I never actually got a chance to work here. I was offered a position. Accepted and signed my offer letter. Was sent all the information to have my background check and onboarding completed. Gave notice at my current employer. 2 days later they rescinded my offer with zero explanation
