Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is great to hear you think our remote-first work philosophy is a pro. We do too! We also appreciate your thoughts about our leaders. To ensure we remain competitive in the job market, we regularly evaluate our compensation packages, including health benefits and time off programs, and are committed to fostering a balanced and rewarding workplace for our employees. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the technology challenges you face. Managing a mix of legacy and new technologies can indeed be complex and a real challenge many companies face as technology evolves. Thanks again for your feedback, and we value your commitment to our team. Thank you, J.D. Power

Pros

Amazing People! Very intelligent and collaborative team environment where everyone goes above and beyond supporting each other. There are many long-term, 20+ year employees which is reflective of it being an awesome place to work. Excellent onboarding process and focus on giving employees the tools to succeed. Company well known and respected for its valuable consumer insights, which is very helpful having that credibility in outreach to prospective clients. Personal contributions and opinions are encouraged and highly valued.

Cons

Being equity owned, belt-tightening of expenses to adapt to the economy. There were some layoffs this year as part of the adjustment of costs, which was tough to see.
