Pros

Work life balance is good, management is great and set realistic expectations. This isn't to say there is a lack of work or that you can slack off, but they do give you the flexibility to manage your workload as needed.

Cons

I personally enjoy going to the office and with my team being primarily remote, this is somewhat of a con. Very little in-person interaction is a drag some days.

I greatly enjoy working for JD Power. They offer competitive benefits, offer many remote jobs, and my manager is wonderful.

Cons

Limited room for growth opportunities but they do seem to prioritize internal hires for new positions if someone is interested and qualified

- A data company that's solving interesting problems in the auto industry - good culture and good team environment - great work-life balance - remote first and unlimited pto

Cons

- pay is not outstanding compared to big tech companies - you can only wait after 1 year of employment to utilize the work from anywhere policy, which is not that flexible for some case scenarios
