      Pros

      Lots of learning opportunities at workplace. You get option of remote work which is amazing if you have kids. Amazing support from team and seniors at every level. No work pressure at all and you will have chance to grow in your career.

      Great culture, supportive and team driven environment

      Pros

      As a recruiter I have had the opportunity to work and interact with a broad population of the company at a variety of levels. I have been impressed with the genuine, sincere and approachable nature of everyone I have worked with. When there is a challenge we have come together to find a solution so team driven is not just a slogan but something I have seen put into action countless times.

      Cons

      There are still opportunities at improving process but I think that is actually an opportunity to feel like you are contributing rather just a transactional employee. Opportunity to weigh in and have a voice feels like you are valued and you matter.
