      Challenging Work, Competitive Pay and Benefits

      Pros

      Each work group is arranged in teams with a multi-tiered management structure. Software environment is current and support is readily available. Working remotely is entirely supported and equipment provided is current. Work-life balance is a priority and hours are adjusted to compensate for extra efforts. Non-accrual vacation policy is great just have to ask for the time off and get agreement from manager. Access to high-level executives is encouraged and prevalent. Has a small company feel when multiple meetings each week involve Vice presidents, the CIO, the CFO and other executives.

      Cons

      Still waiting to see how the multi-tiered management structure will handle performance appraisals.
