      Pros

      - Remote WFH and very good work life balance (generally very few meetings on Fridays) - Unlimited PTO - Colleagues are easy to work with and intelligent - Company is in growth mode, strong company branding and positioning in the market

      Cons

      - Some internal processes could take longer to implement - Can feel siloed at times depending on the project
