      Pros

      J.D. Power does really interesting and important work that helps clients and society at large. The culture is professional but informal. The company is growing quickly leading to new opportunities. Good ideas are supported and funded. You can "work from anywhere". Diversity and inclusion are actively encouraged. The company is financially very secure. The people are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Nothing much. Cross-company communication could be better. This seems to be a result of there being many different business units, particularly with all the acquisitions being made, especially when everyone is working remotely.
