- Super friendly people - Unlimited PTO - 401k and matching - Work from home (depending on your team) - Fun virtual activities

Cons

- Not a lot of room for growth - Only super higher up people get bonuses - Leadership communication is lacking - (or a pro, depending on where you came from last): they don't cover 100% of your health insurance, you pretty much have to pay out of pocket for half

A great company that has fully flexible working culture at its heart. The company feels very inclusive and has a focus on people achieving their own personal goals. The company does expect a lot from its staff and employees are expected to consistently improve and adapt.

Cons

Bonus scheme has been suspended for a while and is not very profitable.
