      Pros

      I was part of a group that was laid off. McGraw treated the group of us better than fair, showing genuine compassion and offering 2+ months more severance than I would have expected to get.

      Cons

      Not sure that my 4-year-old perspective is worth much, but the company was struggling to move from paper-survey-in-the-mail to the internet age.
