Pros

Do a real good job, enjoy your work and they might not lay you off...which happens every 6 months. Relaxed dress code but be aware that this is a very conservative environment (as in political Macomb county culture) Some really smart people work there

Cons

Some really dumb people work there...and some of them are "managers" Hard to compete when you are being judged on your sorority membership Almost impossible to be a professional and stay employed

Pros

J.D. Power as a company is not so bad.

Cons

The newly acquired NADAguides company which became the Consumer Division is a different story. The team lacks focus, very much set in their ways, and not very assertive in the way they manage their product NADAguides.com. The culture is toxic and everyone is in fear of the division being sold or people being let go, which affects the overall dynamic. People are always trying to please leadership by manipulating situations in their favor, even if it means throwing others under the bus. Very cutthroat and unhealthy place to be in. Turnover is also very high. The ones that still work there are just in for the paycheck, which is not even competitive.

Pros

Flexible time and McGraw hill benefits

Cons

Compensation is bad.Overworked, management, disorganized, limited resources for hiring, always a new idea that proves wrong. Hard to advance within the company unless you move departments, teams.
