Pros

The parent company (McGraw-Hill) treats people better than any big company I've ever seen. When my group was cut, the layoffs were done with genuine kindness.

Cons

JDPA is still trying to move beyond the 40-years-of-paper-surveys image, and not sure who they're going to become

I did not feel as though I would be given opportunities to advance within the company. Not necessarily the best work/life balance.
