Easy job and so so salary.

Cons

Top down management. Annual salary increase is barely. Many employees quit and existing sales representatives have to cover the short handed. Management neglect to watch the fact why so many people leave. Management only think of protecting their own positions and the situation will not improve. Amount of work and salary is not proportional. Some people have too many works and work until midnight with the same salary. Job amount and salary is unfair.
