      Pros

      if you are oriental, this company is nice company. very good benefits. really well established among the competitors, so it was very easy to sell.

      Cons

      Company really has very strong Japanese influence, sometimes very wired, but sometimes, very American, so you will be confused that. Poor management.

      > You have chance to gain expert knowledge about alcoholic beverages (especially wines). > 80% of customer is the locals. If you want to brush up your German language skill, good opportunity.

      Cons

      > Some seniors are twisted puritan. If you want to survive, forget about your pride or idenatity. Atomosphere there is very top-down.
