      Easy work , not much stress , you can always finish everything on time

      Very low IQ management . Managers are all stupid , don't expect any future with this company .

      Health insurance is better. Provide dental and vision.

      Cons

      Most of managers are Japanese. Unpaid overtime is very common and serious. Japanese people take it as granted. Sometimes you need work until midnight and arrive home later than midnight but the company is not going to pay for that, and you still need to go to work in the early morning. I don't recommend working here especially working for some Japanese manager who is lack of common sense.
