Pros

Company provides decent benefit package.

Cons

The benefit package does not justify the low pay and high demanding work environment. If you are hired as sales, be aware you will be tracked by GPS which is installed on the company vehicle. Managers literary don't trust their sales force, so all they do is monitor the GPS and check your daily activity instead of "managing." Base pay is very low and no commissions are paid. But the pressure you receive from management is extreme. Turnover rate is very high, I was informed I was the 3rd person in my position within a 1 year period and my answer is also, No thank you, I'm out.

Crazy long hours

Pros

The company gave me the initial good impression of the company in the interview and email exchange phase. This company experience gave me a strong passion for the good management and healthy company culture.

Cons

Very toxic work environment: constant gossiping, no boundaries, strange rules told by senior employees like you must stay until the boss leaves, even after 8 pm, my senior sales asked me to do their job. My work was supposed to end at 5:30 pm. Since I wasn't the hourly worker, the salaried workers had no compensation for overtime whatsoever. Since the senior sales are used to take crap like no overtime pay and long hours, you will look like a jerk if you say 'I am gonna go home on time, because you don't pay me'. I was working from 6am to midnight every day of the week. My work insurance wasn't ready by the second month because I had no time to look at anything else other than my work. I went to the hospital with no insurance and it costs more than $1000 to do the drug test. The company phone can track you where you are at and what time. You can turn off GPS but as a sales, you need google map to get to the location. I thought I would lose my mind and die so I left. Oh just something to add, ask what is the turnover rate for a sales position. I was told before me as 5 people quit in less than 3 months. One senior sales said 'I cannot believe this new boy before you who left the company said he cannot drive more than 3 hours'. I know it was more than that.
