Good place to work but two people had made the place worse for everyone. Company had lost some very good people because of these super employees.

Pros

Good benefits (401k, annual bonus, profit sharing), nice people. Everyone gets along pretty well for the most part. Overall, good place to work.

Cons

Management plays favorites towards sales. Not much upward mobility. Lateral moves are possible though. Fairly low tech and resistant to change.
