Pros

As a support engineer, there are good amount of resources to fall back on to assist with cases. Everyone helps each other.

Cons

At some point, there can be stress due to certain customers, but this is true for any customer service job. Senior DSEs seem to complain often about their workload though.

* exposure to tech stack and learnings * Make an Impact to peoples career *Once Sr leadership trusts you there is no limitation to initiatives you can take to improve things *Stocks are still given at a high rate

Cons

* Takes 6 months to settle down , The culture is unique , Folks who don't have visibility to the larger scheme of things may get overwhelmed, So better communication to grass roo level is needed
