Pros

Jfrog has a very good tech stack and always strive to move forward and adopt newer technologies. Compensation includes RSU.

Cons

Feels like to higher management is cheap, not willing to take good care of their employees. no Happy Hours. salary is on the lower end of the salary range. On-Call Duty is extremely long and stressful. its pretty common to be awoken in the middle of the night.

* Trying to keep the culture alive * Encouragement to employees on achievements * Good pay for new hires

Cons

* Fast paced and you might be left behind if not keeping up * No proper policies on pay scale and roles * Need to ask to get things done. Poor HR policies.

There is no life /work balance. They do not have a human approach and do not care about the employees. They are just thinking of hitting the numbers without finding solutions to the problems. No Customer and employee-centric approach
