Horrible Company

Pros

nothing positive to say. much work is needed on their end to improve the overall culture and structure of this organization.

Cons

Horrible leadership, no diversity at the top, lack of professionalism -however, there is plenty of favoritism, nepotism. Those within the company do not have current knowledge and skill set to move this company forward. It is still the good ole boy network. There is no such thing as discretion or confidentiality. The people are dishonest and only seek to keep their job. No room for advancement, no training or advanced education to keep the employee's skill set and knowledge relevant. HUGE lack of business acumen and integrity. Stocks plummeted - $14.00 a share two years ago, now $.35 a share.

Pros

Well the only one pro to this company is you can potentially make good friends. Oh yea and then there's favoritism. Oh wait, that's a con.

Cons

Everything...company ran by a dictator. The boat sinks deeper and deeper every day. He will not save you. He doesn't care!

Pros

It's close to the city. You can make good money and you will be there forever as long as you make the company money. Upper management is great.

Cons

There are some issues with prejudice and racism. The environment can also be very cut throat. Its about who you know. If you know the right people you can get away with anything including openly racist comments on the sales floor. The hours are long. Do not report anything to HR you will be fired if it pertains to a person who is friends with management. There is a lot of smoke and mirrors. Management will tell you one thing and then do the complete opposite. By the time you leave the company you will be paranoid and distrustful of future employers. There isn't much room for advancement opportunity.
