      There is nothing positive about working here.

      Everything about working here was horrible. The amount of turnover was insane. Managers treat you like crap and it breeds a culture of toxicity.

      Payment structure can allow you to make a lot of money.

      Long hours, hostile environment, no time off, no good benefits. Management constantly yells and disrespects employees. They do not value their employees.
