      Pros

      Great staff with a lot of talented engineers and designers , great location, get to work on new and exciting tech

      Cons

      Trying to be innovative in a "we've always done it this way" kind of mind set is extremely difficult and demotivating. Forced to do this through broken and outdated processes that are poorly documented and may actually deadend when it goes to another department because they no longer use the original process. I run into a lot of people in charge of things that don't actually know what that thing is.

      Pros

      Software and equipment and cars. Most people are pretty nice. The age range varies from a few older guys to many twenty-somethings. They hire females so the mix is fairly good.

      Cons

      Lack of focus/direction. Lots of meetings that aren't beneficial most of the time. Too many projects that get started, stopped and revisited again after a competitor shows something similar. U.K. mentality in finances and management are outdated.
