      Pros

      Excellent product range, huge potential for career development as company continues to grow intentionally and sales volumes increase. Very astute senior management guiding the business in a clear direction

      Cons

      Time pressures and currently insufficient focus upon getting the basic engineering right (but this is changing). Need to get the quality and operating systems right!

      Some nice cars, restaurant is ok, it has a Costa coffee if you like lemon drizzle cake. Solihull is a good town.

      Cons

      Some management awful, mutual back scratching to climb ladder! Worked there for over 6 years, getting out was best thing I ever did.
