      Pros

      Some nice cars, restaurant is ok, it has a Costa coffee if you like lemon drizzle cake. Solihull is a good town.

      Cons

      Some management awful, mutual back scratching to climb ladder! Worked there for over 6 years, getting out was best thing I ever did.

      Good work life balance, interesting company and work, good pay

      Not very dynamic, old culture which is slowly shifting, trying to grow too quickly without making good strategic decisions - some areas under resourced and struggling, others have no work and far too may people.

      Growing fast is difficult with many people joining in a short time. Processes and management need time to catch up with what the work force need to do their jobs well
