      Pros

      Beautiful cars and gorgeous headquarters office. Great people mostly. Storied brands. Hard-working people who taught me a lot. Glad I worked there.

      Cons

      Leadership is negative, gotcha-game mentality, always looking at how to trim headcount and resources, makes you justify every single cent spent, takes so much time to argue for budget that you don't have time to do your actual job.
