The people I worked with.

Cons

The company is as good as their cars' quality...at the bottom of the barrel. Micromanagement, poor communication and direction from the UK, & poor pay. Very political. Toxic working conditions...very low morale. Systems are antiquated & no $$ to fix issues. CEO doesn't trust employees to work remotely. Employees test positive for Covid and no communication to anyone who may be affected and they claim that the health of their employees is very important.... No career path and hardly any room for advancement.
