      Pros

      good money worked at home but as time went by the income dropped good benefits if your there long enough to collect

      Cons

      if your not in the fold with the older reps you will feel like a real out cast and they will make you feel like you will be fired at any time

      Pros

      JMA has a strong diverse work force that welcomes it's associates ideas and experiences to enhance what we do every day. It is more than being part of a team it is more like being a part of a family. JMA is a work hard and work smart company that shares the rewards of it's success with the associates and by supporting local and national charities and organizations. If you are looking for a place you can feel valued and add value then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Traffic at five can be a little challenging when leaving work but if you bring your patience hat or just stay a little later and utilize any of the two gyms or swimming pool then your commute can be a dream.
