Pros
We are listed on "Forbes 100 top companies to work for" since I have been with the company. There are many company perks such as free hair and nail salons, company gym, day care center, etc. If you work in the field as I do, you are not able to take advantage of all the perks at the home campus, however, all employees are respected, the company works with you through personal situations without it affecting your career opportunities, and they consider us "Associates" instead of "employees." Our founder, Jim Moran was just inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame. This is the only company that I have ever worked for that has just sent a check in the mail to it's employees because the company had excess profit that they wanted to share with their associates.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, there is less of a personal interest with the management team. When working in the field vs at the campus, you tend to fall through the cracks easier and rarely get noticed for your efforts and hard work. .
