      Pros

      JMA has a strong diverse work force that welcomes it's associates ideas and experiences to enhance what we do every day. It is more than being part of a team it is more like being a part of a family. JMA is a work hard and work smart company that shares the rewards of it's success with the associates and by supporting local and national charities and organizations. If you are looking for a place you can feel valued and add value then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Traffic at five can be a little challenging when leaving work but if you bring your patience hat or just stay a little later and utilize any of the two gyms or swimming pool then your commute can be a dream.

      Take a sip, but don't drink ALL the Kool-Aid

      Pros

      Company has an amazing history. Your experience completely depends on where you work. If you are "on the road" with them now stick it out, but do your research.

      Cons

      Mgmt tends to do as little as possible. Leadership, direction, involvement are all absent. Narcissism is a common trait many of the field managers share. Again, If you are "on the road" with them now do your research. If you hear more than once that a certain area has bad mgmt do not believe otherwise. It was not that the person before you was the problem, it will not be different for you. This company has certain clusters of lousy mgmt that you will hear about. You may meet those individuals and think they could not be that bad. Wake Up...If there is smoke there is fire!!!

      Pay does not match the hype

      If you live in Deerfield Beach, FL the benefits are great. If you're in the field you really can't take advantage

      Cons

      Micro-managing, low pay, poor communication from Sales counterparts, training is tedious and not engaging..you'll 'check out' by the 2nd day.
