Pros

None, they have loads of problems. The have jobs because a majority of the staff are leaving or retiring.

Cons

Managers lie, forced to trick customers and mechanics, hypocrites, pure corporate greed. Revolving door of employees. 1 group meeting per year. $400 a month for health insurance, no paid holidays, no PTO they only allow you days off with no pay. Horrible computer systems that crash EVERY DAY. Wet behind the ears young managers with a severe lack of basic management training.

Pros

Benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Wellness Center, The covenience of "The Nest" (Cafe)

Cons

I've worked for this company for more than 20 years, and this company has changed in so many ways. The culture of we are family is literally non-existent or exclusive to certain associates or cliques. Promotion of African American associates are slim and few. African American associates are watched under a microscope whereas associates who are not of African decent display profanity outbursts on a daily basis, are welcomed and free to express how they feel in an unprofessional manner. Supervisors speak only as needed. Some don't speak at all. There is no welcoming or family atmosphere here. But we are a family?! Associates of all levels are moved to different departments and/or areas they may not necessarily want to be in with the expectation that you must go, or out the door you go. When you agree to go, it's looked at as a badge of honor. You may be considered for future promotions. or you are a team player. The company preach about diviserity. I'm still trying to see where the divisersity lies. Please don't go to HR. You can kiss your career good bye. They tell you they have a "No Retaliation Policy", but that just sounds good. There is no real protection or safety in this policy. I have witnessed associates career go to crap for speaking up and verbalizing their concerns. Then Retaliation by Management is done is subtle ways, and you'll never be considered for anything more than what you are currently doing. Hence, I feel safety in expressing my concerns in a review vs having a real conversation with someone who actually cares, and are in position to actually advocate equality and fairness truly for all associates. Not just some text book lingo that sounds good to the human ear. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for a job in these uncertain times, but coming to work depressed and dreading your work atmosphere is absolutely draining. I have always been a advocate for maintaining a positive attitude in any situation, but when does it get better? It seems to only be getting worse.
