Great working in stores & building relationships with management. Co- workers are excellent.

Cons

Toxic environment. Mean Girls mentality prevails. This was a good company until recent upper management changes. They recently terminated all full time rep positions & went to part time so they don't have to pay vacation & benefits. Now they are wondering why they can't hire & retain workers. They lie to people just so they will sign on & then everything changes. Upper Management has no regard for their employees on the lower end of the spectrum. I will be surprised if this company survives much longer.

Terrible leadership. Manager says YES to everything and has zero people skills. Unethical business practices. No work life balance. Benefits SUCK!
