Pros

This company has a family feeling to it . I like that the owners , VPs, CEOs actually talk to you and are there physically every day which you will find is not always the case . The attire if comfortable . You can dress business casual . All of the people who were helping with my training here have been nothing but nice and everyone stepped in even if they were necessarily assigned to train me . I also enjoy the fact that I get asked "what I think " . I also get asked if I am "ok " with something's which is also pleasant being in a large company .

Pros

The biggest con is there are some great people that somehow survive and continue to work for this company.

Cons

Basically if your part of the field team you are expendable at any time and the minute they need to reduce expenses the field takes the brunt of the cuts. Current (RIF) taking place at the end of June 2024 will eliminate 25% of the Field Area managers and several Territory Managers. Yet no other Dept in the company is going to see any cuts. So the thinking is let’s keep the big salaries in the office and continue to devastate your field teams.

Pros

Honestly the only pro is flexibility but at times it seems the flexibility is going away

Cons

The company takes on a lot of projects each year, yet the more projects they take on the more we all get. Sure the work is fine, but one would think with the increasing projects that they are taking they would increase the pay the by .25 cents or something
