      Pros

      There are very few. Some what of a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of retail and merchandising knowledge from the top down to area managers. If you see a positive review here the territory managers and area managers don't have a choice but to do a positive one to counter the negative ones. In addition, they try to get the merchandisers to do a positive review with a threat. Really bad company.

      Create your own schedule, work is independent, not strenuous, work in supermarkets

      Cons

      Started at $10, four years later only making $11. No recognition of talent. They hassle you for not meeting their unreasonable target times.

      There are no pros with this company.

      Cons

      This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Very clicky company. The human resource department does not like to answer their phones and do not take your grievances seriously. Upper management is ran by people that have no clue how to run a business and as stated if you are not in the click you do not belong there. Poor pay and poor working environment
